Software does not function.

Program does not function. It only gives "Run time error" message when trying to convert files. I have had no response from customer support. What a waste of money! I would like a refund. There are various other programs for doing this conversion that DO work properly.

Not all GIF`s supported

I am a little bit disappointed because the program crashed when I tried to convert my own GIF's. Some GIF's I downloaded from the web worked, and I suspect it's because my own GIF's have variable frame delay times. This makes it a program I cannot use for my purposes but it may wor well for someone else.
